First Lady Grace Mugabe says she has been skipping meals in solidarity with some struggling Zimbabwean families that cannot afford three meals a day due to economic problems.

Opposition parliamentarian Godfrey Sithole says Zimbabwe is worried about President Robert Mugabe’s state of health following reports that he is now even struggling to walk. He says Zimbabwe needs a leader to stir the country from its current social, economic and political problems.

Another parliamentarian believes that it will be difficult for Zimbabwe in the near future to overcome crippling power shortages as all power stations are run by incompetent people.

And Zimbabwean pilots Chipo Matimba and Elizabeth Simbi Petros recently made aviation history in the country as they became the first women pilots to fly an Air Zimbabwe plane from Harare to Victoria Falls in an all-female deck crew.
