President Robert Mugabe orders the ZBC not to stream his speech in parliament live today following the heckling he faced from opposition MPs last month. The MDC lawmakers also received threats from unknown people warning them to heckle Mr. Mugabe at their own expense.

Finance Minister Patrick Chinamasa says the African Development Bank has agreed to write-off Zimbabwe's $601 million arrears to the bank, helping the country to reduce its loans with multi-lateral institutions.
