President Robert Mugabe arrives in Paris, France, for the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference or COP 21.

The Movement for Democratic Change formation of former Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai dismisses the government’s $4 billion budget proposal unveiled by Finance Minister Patrick Chinamasa Thursday as a damp squib.
