The Zanu PF machinery is in Chimanimani, Manicaland province, today where First Lady Grace Mugabe is addressing supporters at Mutambara Mission and then touring the Cashel Valley. Among other issues, she said farmers should be spared from the current electricity blackouts since they are producing for the country.

A Bindura man is arrested for a jibe on President Mugabe reading the wrong speech in parliament last month. He's being charged under a draconian law that the Supreme Court had previously urged the authorities to strike off the statute books.

South Sudanese rebel leader, Riek Machar, says his country has a lot to learn from the mistakes of President Robert Mugabe and former Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai in their unity government as former warring factions herd towards forming a coalition government.

And faced with economic challenges and unemployment that has wreaked havoc, Zimbabwe could be losing lives daily unnecessarily due to the high cost of blood that is beyond the reach of many Zimbabweans.
