Many Zimbabweans were disappointed to see Angola eliminated from the 2008 Africa Cup Of Nations on Monday after succumbing 2-1 to Egypt in the quarter finals.
The hope for Zimbabweans was that the Angolans would carry the Southern African regional flag in the stead of Zimbabwe, which didn't make it to Ghana.
Cameroon defeated Tunisia 3-2 on Monday evening, to join Ghana, Ivory Coast and Egypt in the semi-finals set for Thursday.
Ghana beat Nigeria 2-1 on Sunday, while Ivory Coast crushed Guinea 5-0.
The losers in the semi-final round will play for third and fourth place on Saturday while the winner of the 2008 Africa Cup will be decided on Sunday.
