Tennis Zimbabwe Vice President Tanyaradzwa Chinamo says it could take nearly a decade for the country to find and develop local players to follow the footsteps of Wimbledon doubles champion Cara Black.
Black won her eighth title this year on Sunday, capturing the Gerali Ladies Linz crown in Austria with her doubles partner, Liezel Huber.
Chinamo tells Marvellous Mhlanga-Nyahuye that his organization is grooming young players but lacks the financial and parental support to produce champions.
