The Zimbabwe Warriors national soccer team left Harare Wednesday evening without some key international players on the way to a second leg 2008 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Morocco in Casablanca on Saturday.
The Warriors are under pressure to win – a draw or loss will bar them from advancing to the next stage. Zimbabwe drew with Morocco 1-1 in the first leg in Harare.
Warriors Manager Ernest Mapepa Sibanda told reporter Marvellous Mhlanga-Nyahuye of VOA's Studio 7 for Zimbabwe that the absence of key offshore players, while regrettable will let younger players show what they can do.
