Energy Minister Samuel Undenge warns Zimbabweans to brace for more power cuts.

President Robert Mugabe is awarded China's alternative to the Nobel Peace Prize for what the prize committee calls his inspired national leadership and service to pan-Africanism. Some people, however, say the award is irrelevant, especially coming from a country accused of rights abuses to a leader also with a tainted rights record.
