Harare City councillors bay for Mayor Bernard Manyenyeni’s blood after he allegedly labelled them uneducated. Manyenyeni says he is not backtracking on his statements calling on voters to elect councillors who have some level of education to help them implement council resolutions. The councillors want their MDC-T party to discipline the Mayor.

Crisis in Zimbabwe Coalition says the country needs a new investment policy that looks beyond the East to revive the ailing economy. The coalition says it will soon be launching ZimSmart, its own version of how Zimbabwe can be saved from the brink.

A day after Vice President Joice Mujuru launched her political blueprint to re-build Zimbabwe, we ask why is she not launching her political party.

And swimmer Kirsty Coventry wins gold at the All Africa Games in the Congo. Most of Zimbabwe’s athletes at the event are struggling.
