Zimbabwe's Warriors national soccer team lost 3-0 to South Africa's Bafana Bafana in a friendly match played Tuesday evening in Durban, helping prepare the hosts for the World Cup and giving the relatively young Zimbabwe side experience against a Cup-qualified football team.
Warriors Captain Esrom Nyandoro earlier lamented his team's lack of time to prepare for the match after his squad arrived in South Africa, but took the philosophical attitude in an interview with VOA Studio 7 reporter Marvellous Mhlanga-Nyahuye that his less seasoned players would benefit.
