UN Peacekeepers Provide Free Clinic in Remote Village in Troubled Mali
Residents of some of the more remote parts of Mali are now receiving free medical care. The United Nations Mission in Mali recently deployed armed peacekeepers to the landlocked African nation. The country has been in turmoil since the government temporarily lost control of the north in 2012.
