The United States and the European Union express grave concern over increasing incidents of politically-motivated violence in Zimbabwe. They are urging the authorities to investigate with those found responsible for instigating the violence being brought to justice.

The United States government’s international development finance arm, Overseas Private Investment Corporation, confirms its intentions to invest $23 million in Zimbabwe’s low cost mortgage lending market.

In our youth segment today, we take a look at youth activism in light of arrests last week of MDC activists and students during demonstrations in Harare.
