New Coach for Zimbabwe's Caps United Wins Maiden Match

Moses Chunga will be under pressure to maintain his winning record at the weekend when his team travels to Masvingo for another league action

Newly-appointed Caps United coach Moses Chunga won his first game with the club Thursday, beating Shooting Stars 1-0 in a Premier Soccer League match played at the giant Rufaro stadium in Harare.

Caps United have been on a losing streak in recent weeks and this was their first victory in as many matches.

United will travel to Masving this weekend for another league action against FC Vitoria hoping to maintain their newly-discovered winning ways to maximize their slim chances for the championship.

United Chief Executive Officer Maxwell Mironga told VOA Studio 7 reporter Marvellous Mhlanga-Nyahuye he is happy with the new coach’s ability.
