Zimbabwe Cricket has forged a partnership with its South African counterpart, Cricket South Africa, which will boost Zimbabwean cricket development by allowing the national team to send junior players and umpires south of the border for training.
Zimbabwe Cricket's announcement of the new partnership followed a visit to Harare this week by a South African delegation which carried out a needs assessment.
Zimbabwe Cricket Chief Executive officer Ozias Bvute told VOA reporter Marvellous Mhlanga-Nyahuye that the relationship will boost his organization's professionalism.
