Zimbabwe's Mwana Africa will face Zanzibar's Mundu Football Club in a preliminary CAF Confederation Cup qualifier Jan. 28 in Tanzania, Mwana Africa sources said.
Mwana Africa players will assemble at Trojan Mine on Wednesday for two weeks of training camp. Following the Tanzania game, a return match against Mundu will be played in February in Harare or Bindura.
If Mwana Africa overcomes Mundu, it will advance to tackle Angola’s Interclube in first-round play in March. Mwana Africa defender Chipo Tsodzo told reporter Marvellous Mhlanga-Nyahuye of VOA's Studio 7 for Zimbabwe that he is optimist.
