Zimbabwe's White Population in Sharp Decline

A new population report shows a sharp decline in the number of white Zimbabweans remaining in the country – just about 50,000 compared with more than 300,000 in the mid-1990s.

Reporter Chris Gande of VOA’s Studio 7 for Zimbabwe spoke with Frans Cronje of the Institute of International Race Relations in South Africa, who attributed the sharp reduction in Zimbabwe’s white population to the longrunning political crisis.
